We invite you to a serene and rejuvenating experience amidst the beauty of nature at Sonoma Garden Park. Led by Simone York, an ANFT certified forest therapy guide, this 2-hour guided session is designed to help you slow down, engage your senses, and deepen your connection with the natural world.

The event will take place 9:00-11:00 am every session.

You will have the opportunity to:
Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature.
Discover tranquility and inner calm.
Cultivate a deeper connection with the environment and yourself.
Enjoy a shared tea session at the conclusion.

This event is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience is necessary. We will be limiting the group to 15 participants to ensure an intimate experience, so be sure to reserve your spot early. About the location: Sonoma Garden Park is a sanctuary nestled in eastern Sonoma, and a public park currently managed by Sonoma Ecology Center in collaboration with the City of Sonoma and other partners. The park serves as a recreational haven, a vital resource for preserving the area’s natural beauty, and an example of water conservation and sustainable landscaping. Spanning across 6.1 acres, this remarkable property boasts diverse ecosystems alongside sustainable agricultural and landscaping systems, making it an invaluable asset to Sonoma Valley.
