Note: this is a series with multiple dates April-October. While we encourage people to attend as many workshops within this series as they can, they may also attend as a one day event.
We’ll traverse unique properties throughout the County and discover what nature has to offer, interpreting the world around us using art, writing, and poetry. Begin your own nature journal!
On this first adventure we’ll visit the breathtaking Cooley Ranch, 19000 acres protected by your Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District. We’ll enjoy oak woodlands, open grasslands, and the arrival of spring.
Level of hike difficulty: easy to moderate
