Hoot ‘N Howl: Night Critters of the Laguna
Date: October 24, 2020
Time: 5:00 – 5:45pm
Location: Online
Bats, owls and spiders, oh my! The Laguna is home to a variety of animals we see frequently during the day, but who comes out when the sun goes down? Bring familiar Halloween creatures to life with fun, family-friendly crafts inspired by the nocturnal critters at the Laguna Environmental Center on historic Stone Farm. It doesn’t stop there! After picking up your craft materials, join Allison Titus, Community Education Manager, for a Zoom trivia afternoon the next day to test your knowledge of nighttime animal activity in the Laguna.
This family event is geared toward children ages 6 – 12.
All craft materials will be provided and available via curbside pickup appointments on Friday, October 23. The live Zoom trivia night will be on Saturday at the time listed above.
This is a free event! There is no charge for this event, which is made possible by the voters of Sonoma County who fund the work of Ag + Open Space with a quarter-cent sales tax.
Registration is required, and all details for craft material pickup will be shared upon registration. Please note that you only need to register for 1 ticket per family unit for this event. Sign up here >>
